— A Clifftop Sanctuary in Sumba

In the heart of Sumba's
untouched southwest.

Our 3-hectare property sits on a dramatic clifftop in southern Sumba, overlooking the endless blue of the Indian Ocean. From sunrise to sunset, the views are nothing short of breathtaking: wild waves meeting rugged coastline, with skies that shift from soft morning pastels to fiery evening gold. This unique setting is the heart of our future resort, where thoughtful design will blend seamlessly with nature to offer guests an unforgettable Sumba hotel experience.

More than just a location, this land is a promise. Its space and natural beauty give us the opportunity to create something small-scale, sustainable, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Every choice, from where we place a villa to how we preserve native vegetation, will honor the cliffs, the ocean, and the community that calls Sumba home.
