All ten Kabisu villas generate income from guest bookings. After standard deductions (booking platform fees, management, and maintenance) the remaining net income is distributed among investors.

This model ensures fairness, transparency, and long-term stability. Even after all operating costs, the projected return remains above 21% per year, with distributions paid twice a year.
